It's your day, and when you look back, all you'll have are those old mementos, and some wedding images. So go ahead, choose a photographer that fits your style! We hope that's us wink~wink! But in all seriousness, we want you to love your wedding images, and to look back and remember every moment from that special day that was one of the biggest days of your life. And go ahead, splurge on a wedding album, because after all, digitals won't last forever in a drawer!
Sessions for Children, Families, and Maternity run $50 and include one hour of shooting time and unlimited outfits. Seniors and Newborns run $150 and include two + hours of shooting time and unlimited outfits. Sitting fee's plus $100 order minimum due to reserve your session, which is then applied towards your order.
At NWD, we believe in the value of a physical print, that tangible item you can hold, look back on, feel the moment. Don't get me wrong, I love digitals as much as the next person, so we do offer them for each session. I too am big on digital scrap-booking, so I know how important digitals can be, if you be sure you use them and don't just throw them in a drawer! I want you to look back at these memories, not just post on social media! I want your children's children to have something to physically look at!

about NWd
We're a fun-loving, energetic, Catholic farming family from the Bellwood, NE area. NWD is a family run, home-based business. We have a small studio out of our home in Bellwood and our farm is often used for our many sessions with our clients, and the backdrop is PERFECT for your country pictures! We don't limit ourselves to just the Bellwood area, or even the state of Nebraska! We've been as far as Kansas, Colorado, and even California. We do offer discounted or FREE (yes you heard us right) wedding photography for out of state clients (restrictions apply). We love to travel and we LOVE our job, so being able to capture your big day with your family and ours is priceless for us!
Angie also has a strong passion for an organization called Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS). "Imagine a photo session where each moment is a last moment, where there will be no second takes, where what you're doing means everything." This organization provides free photography for families that have or will have a still born, or a baby that may not survive long after birth. This part of her job is so difficult but in times of sorrow, she provides these families with the priceless gift of photography that they will cherish a lifetime. Most of the time these are the only images these families will have of their sweet littles, so these pictures mean more then the world to her and especially the families she's capturing the images for.
Kenny's passion you ask? Faith and farming! He is a family man that's for sure! He can talk your ear off and make a new friend faster then I could snap a picture! He is truly my right hand man and is the best assistant a gal could ask for! Believe me when I say he will keep the conversations flowing on your wedding day!
Kenny and Angie have been married for 8 years, and have three littles; Luke (6), Madeline (4), & Gracelynn (1). They are our everything, and are often the subjects of our many test shoots! They keep us on our toes, which is good because on your wedding day, or even your session with your littles, we need to be!
We enjoy every moment we get to share with our clients, learning more about their live's, and their passions! Most of our clients are more then just clients, they are friends! We hope you'll trust us to capture your families memories!

Angie was published in Dec. 2018 in the David City Banner Press for her work with "Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep".
Angie was published in Oct. 2008 in the Columbus Telegram for her work with "The Littlest Hero's Project".
NWD was published on Nebraska Wedding Day Blog twice in 2014 for the weddings of Kelsey + Jerimy and Andrea + Josh.
In late 2015, Angie entered a contest and received word that 4 of our art prints will be displayed at Saunders Co. Medical Center, with one winning 2nd place overall and another honorable mention.
In late 2018, Angie entered a contest and received word that 1 of our art prints will be displayed at Saunders Co. Medical Center.
In summer 2019, Angie entered multiple prints in the Butler County Fair Professional category, and received Grand Champion in photography for an art print of an oil can, and Reserve Champion for a print of one of her newborn clients.

Beautiful beginnings
Our "Beautiful Beginnings" is a photo documentation of one of the most memorable days of your families life, the birth of your new baby! There are many moments that parents never see on their babies birth day, because everything goes so fast! For this documentation, you will have Angie in the room as little or as much as you like. Once your labor gets closer to the pushing stage, this is usually when Angie is called in to document all the details and the emotions that are running through the room. These pictures are VERY discrete and memorable, & once baby has arrived, Angie will be with your baby documenting all those little moments that you'll most likely miss. This documentation isn't for everyone, but if you want to remember every moment of your little ones birth day, you don't want to miss booking this package! Its a once in a lifetime moment that you as parents won't want to forget, so call today for more details.
On this page you can enjoy slideshows from our "Beautiful Beginnings" families, You will see a mix of natural births, along with c-sections. This will give you an idea of the different birth experiences that have been captured and how they are done. With every "Beautiful Beginnings" package, you will receive ALL of your images from the birth day on a USB drive. These are yours to keep and cherish for years to come. A slideshow will be made within weeks of your child's birth, and shared with you online! Once you approve the slideshow, we use that to share with clients via Facebook, as well as our website. NO slideshows are shown unless approved by the parents first! Click below to view the slideshows from past births!
In addition to the "Beautiful Beginnings" package, we also have a package for your child's first year called the "Watch Me Grow" (WMG) package! This will give you unlimited sittings for your child's first year to document all their milestones! We recommend having your newborn in within the first week or two after birth. They are usually the most cooperative and sleepy in those first two weeks, just how we want them! Remember, if your child is having an "off" day, there's no worries since you have unlimited sittings! Just reschedule another day and we'll try again! Most of our WMG babies have sittings at birth, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and one year, which is when we suggest a cake smash at the end of their session!
